摘  要:某城镇污水处理厂采用改良A 2/O工艺+高效沉淀池工艺去除污水中总磷,本文就高效沉淀池工艺控制对除磷效果的影响展开分析,筛选影响该工艺除磷效果的因素。基于污水厂运行现状,通过调控除磷剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量、回流比及混合强度等运行条件。结果表明:高效沉淀池工艺控制条件中PAC投加量、污泥回流比是影响除磷效果的关键因素,混合强度、PAM投加量对除磷效果影响较小。An urban sewage treatment plant adopts the improved A 2/O process+high-efficiency sedimentation tank process to remove total phosphorus in sewage.The influence of high-efficiency sedimentation tank process control on phosphorus removal effect was analyzed,and the factors affecting the phosphorus removal effect of the process was screened.Based on the operation status of the sewage plant,the operating conditions such as the dosage of phosphorus removal agent poly-aluminum chloride(PAC)and anionic polyacrylamide(PAM),return flow rate and mixing strength were adjusted.The results showed that PAC dosage and reflux ratio were the key factors affecting the phosphorus removal effect of high-efficiency sedimentation tank,and the mixing intensity and PAM dosage had little effect on the phosphorus removal effect.
