摘　　要：利用传统生物化工企业提高生物工程/生物化工专业“卓越工程师培养计划”的质量是一项值得探索的工作。论文在简要总结北京理工大学生命学院基于企业开展生物工程专业(原生物化工专业)“卓越工程师培养计划”工作、成效的基础上,就企业培养环节的规范化问题提出了建议,主要内容包括校企双方领导重视、建立稳定培养质量的部分技术的参考标准、学校专业师资随队实习,开展教研教改课题研究。本文最后对影响企业实习的因素、实习效果的科学、量化评价等问题进行了讨论。It is one valuable work to introduce the traditional bio-chemical enterprise to training section of the Excellent Engineer Program of Bioengineering major.Based a brief summary about the work and effect of excellent engineer training program carried by school of Life Sciences,Beijing Institute of Technology,a standardization process was suggested to the practice in enterprise of the project,included paying more attention by leader from both the school and the enterprise,setting up the reference standard about the part detail for stable qualified culture,school advisor following up practice of the group,promoting the subject of teaching research and teaching reform.At the end,the factors affected the practice and how to give scientific and quantified assessing the results of the practice were discussed,and so on.
