玄胡伤痛片联合塞来昔布促进桡骨远端骨折术后快速康复效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察玄胡伤痛片联合塞来昔布促进桡骨远端骨折术后快速康复的效果。方法将100例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。所有患者均接受静脉-吸入复合麻醉下桡骨远端骨折内固定术治疗,对照组患者在术后常规治疗基础上给予塞来昔布,治疗组患者在此基础上加用玄胡伤痛片。比较两组患者术前、术后1周、术后2周时疼痛情况[疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)];比较两组患者在术后2周、术后2个月、术后3个月时腕关节功能(Cooney量表评分)、背伸活动度、屈曲活动度和生活质量(SF-36量表评分)变化情况。结果两组患者术后1周、术后2周时VAS评分均低于术前;与对照组比较,治疗组患者术后1周、术后2周时VAS评分显著降低(P<0.05)。两组患者术后2个月、术后3个月时,Cooney量表评分、背伸活动度、屈曲活动度、SF-36量表评分均高于术后2周;与对照组比较,治疗组患者术后2个月、术后3个月时Cooney量表评分、SF-36量表评分均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论玄胡伤痛片联合塞来昔布可减轻桡骨远端骨折术后疼痛程度,早期提高患者腕关节活动度,改善其生活质量,有利于其快速康复。Objective To analyze the effect of Xuanhushangtong Tablets combined with celecoxib on the rapid recovery of distal radius fractures.Methods One hundred patients with distal radius fractures were divided into control group and treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.All patients underwent the internal fixation of distal radius fractures under static suction combined anesthesia.All patients were treated with internal fixation of distal radius fractures under combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia.The pain levels(VAS score)of the two groups were compared before surgery,1 week and 2 weeks after surgery.At 2 weeks,2 months,and 3 months after operation,wrist function(Cooney wrist score),the dorsal extension activity,flexion activity and quality of life(SF-36 score)were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores at 1 weeks and 2 weeks after surgery were lower in the two groups than that before surgery,and compared with the control group,the VAS scores at 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery were significantly decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05).At 2 months,and 3 months after operation,the Cooney score,the dorsal extension activity,flexion activity and SF-36 score of the two groups were higher than those of 2 weeks after operation,and compared with the control group,the Cooney score,the dorsal extension activity,flexion activity and SF-36 score of the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanhushangtong Tablet combined with celecoxib can alleviate the pain after surgery for distal radius fractures,improve the wrist mobility and improve the quality of life in the early stage,which is beneficial to the rapid recovery of patients.
