摘  要:针对缠绕式籽棉清理机中残膜难以清理问题,本文设计一种带有滑切特性的切割刀具,利用自制试验台以残膜峰值切割力、切割能耗作为目标值,对刀具的刃角、滑切角、平均切割速度3个影响因素分别设计切割试验,采用响应面优化法对实验数据进行处理,建立目标值与各影响因素之间的回归模型,优化刀具切割残膜时最佳工作参数组合。试验结果表明:刀具的刃角、滑切角与平均切割速度对于峰值切割力影响均为极显著(P<0.01),3个参数各自交互对于峰值切割力的影响均显著(P<0.05);对回归模型优化分析后得到最优参数组合为:刃角24.944°、滑切角26.892°、平均切割速度101.571 mm/s。在最优工作条件下切割相同残膜时峰值切割力预测值为97.813 N,切割能耗预测值为0.005 kW·h。峰值切割力的预测值与实测值平均误差为7.25%,切割能耗预测值与实测值无明显误差可靠。本研究可为后续缠绕辊上累积残膜清理机构的研究提供参考。Aiming at the problem that the residual film in the winding seed cotton cleaning machine is difficult to clean,a cutting tool with sliding-cutting characteristics is designed.Using the self-made test bench,taking the peak cutting force and cutting energy consumption of the residual film as the target value,the cutting test was designed for the three influencing factors of the blade angle,the sliding-cutting angle and the average cutting speed of the tool.The response surface optimization method was used to process the experimental data,and the regression model between the target value and each influencing factor was established to optimize the optimal working parameter combination when the tool cut the residual film.The experimental results showed that the cutting edge angle,sliding-cutting angle and average cutting speed of the tool had a significant effect on the peak cutting force(P<0.01),and the interaction of the three parameters had a significant effect on the peak cutting force(P<0.05).After optimizing and analyzing the regression model,the optimal parameter combination was obtained as follows:blade angle 24.944°,sliding-cutting angle 26.892°,and average cutting speed 101.571 mm/s.Under the optimal working conditions,the predicted peak cutting force is 97.813 N and the predicted cutting energy consumption is 0.005 kW·h.The average error between the predicted value and the measured value of the peak cutting force is 7.25%,and there was no obvious error between the predicted value and the measured value of the cutting energy consumption.This study could provide a reference for the subsequent research on the cumulative residual film cleaning mechanism on the winding roller.
