摘　　要：光伏玻璃深加工磨边机和丝印机的控制器选用欧姆龙CP1H系列PLC且设备中都有伺服系统,伺服系统回原点都使用了欧姆龙自带的回原点指令或功能。在设备的使用中发生了典型的回原点故障,在此记录故障现象、故障的原因分析和故障的处理方法,以供参考。Omron CP1H series PLC is selected as the controller of photovoltaic glass deep processing edging machine and screen printing machine,and the equipment has a servo system,and the servo system uses Omron's own homing command or function.A typical homing fault occurred in the use of the equipment.The fault phenomenon,fault cause analysis and fault treatment methods are recorded here for reference.
