摘 要:变压器是保障电网安全可靠运行的关键电磁设备,而短路电流引起的电动力和振动对变压器具有巨大的潜在危害。本文作者针对一台三相双绕组油浸式变压器,基于COMSOL软件计算了漏磁场分布以及绕组短路电动力;构建了高压绕组“质量块-弹簧-阻尼”模型,并采用Newmark-β法对绕组振动进行了计算。研究结果表明,高压绕组在高度1/4和3/4处的轴向振动最为剧烈,此位置是高压绕组发生短路时最容易受到损坏的位置,设计时应加强机械强度。Transformers are important electromagnetic equipment to maintain the safe and reliable operation of the power grid,while the electric force and vibration caused by short circuit current have great potential harm to transformer.In this paper,for a threephase dual-winding oil-immersed transformer,the transformer leakage magnetic field distribution and short-circuit electromotive force are calculated based on COMsOL software.The mass-spring-damping model for the high-voltage side winding is constructed,and Newmark-βis used to calculate the windings vibration.The research results show that the axial vibration of the high-voltage side winding is the most severe at the height of 1/4 and 3/4,and targeted measures should be proposed to increase mechanical strength.
