摘 要:高压油浸式电抗器因适应超高压电力系统的发展需要而得到了广泛应用,针对变电站内油浸式铁心电抗器电磁特性研究的不足,本文中笔者以三相五柱式油浸式铁心电抗器为研究对象,首先讨论了油浸式电抗器的组成结构和电磁特性,依据电抗器实际尺寸建立了三维有限元模型,然后采用ANSYS软件对场-路电磁耦合有限元仿真模型进行稳态数值分析,最后基于麦克斯韦方程组推导计算了正常工况下的稳态运行参数、主要部件的电磁场以及电磁力分布,并与实际运行参数进行对比,验证了仿真模型的有效性和准确性,为油浸式电抗器的稳态/暂态分析、故障研判和设计制造提供了理论支撑。The oil-immersed reactor has been widely used to meet the development of EHV power system.In view of the lack of research on the electromagnetic characteristics of oil-immersed reactor in substations,the three-phase five limbs oil-immersed core reactor is taken as the research object.Firstly,the composition structure and electromagnetic characteristics of the oil-immersed reactor are discussed,and a three-dimensional finite element model is established according to the actual size.Then,the steady-state numerical analysis on the field-circuit electromagnetic coupling finite element simulation model is carried out by ANsYS.Finally,the steady-state operating parameters,electromagnetic field and electromagnetic force distribution of main components under normal working condition are deduced and calculated based on Maxwell's equations.Compared with the actual operation parameters,the effectiveness and accuracy of the simulation model are verified.The model provides theoretical support for steady-state and transient-state analysis,fault diagnosis,design and manufacture of oil-immersed reactor.
