摘　　要：本文笔者针对一起500kV电容式电压互感器电压异常事件,介绍在运CVT发生异常的情况及其结构、工作原理。通过不停电检查、停电试验、解体检查以及解体后试验,判断导致二次侧绕组输出电压偏低的原因在于中间变压器高压静电屏与铁心之间的受潮绝缘纸板发生放电击穿。最后,针对生产工艺不到位,出厂验收环节不严密的问题,提出后续工作建议及措施。This paper introduces a real case of abnormal voltage of a 500kV capacitor voltage transformer(CVT).First of all,the abnormal situation of CVT in operation,its structure and working principle are introduced.Secondly,through non-power failure inspection,power off test,disassembly inspection and post-disassembly test,it is judged that the reason for the low output voltage of the secondary side winding is the discharge breakdown of the damp insulating cardboard between the high-voltage electrostatic screen and the iron core of the intermediate transformer.Finally,suggestions and measures for follow-up work are put forward to solve the problems of inadequate production process and untight factory acceptance.
