再论乡村振兴中的“新三农化”

摘　　要：中国自古就是一个农耕文明的社稷国家,以农为本一直是国家政治的根本。随着时代的变迁与社会的变革,传统的“三农”必将面临“新三农化”的转变和转型。在乡村振兴战略中做到守正创新,是摆在我们面前的重大历史使命。文章从农民新社民化、农村新城邑化和农业新产业化三个方面试析之。China has long been a state of agrarian civilization,which takes agriculture,rural areas and farmers(ARF)as its foundation of politics.With the transformation and development of society,it is unavoidable that traditional interpretation of ARF will meet new changes.The great mission in rural vitalization is our commitment to tradition and insistence on innovation.The paper will discuss new interpretation of ARF from three aspects:citizenship of farmers,new construction of rural areas,and industrialization of agriculture.
