摘  要:目的对BacT/ALERT VIRTUO和BacT/ALERT 3D两种血培养系统进行性能评价,探讨病原学检出时间的差异。方法选择60株临床检出的病原菌,使用BacT/ALERT FA Plus需氧瓶(FA+)、BacT/ALERT FN Plus厌氧瓶(FN+)、BacT/ALERT FA需氧瓶(FA)和BacT/ALERT FN厌氧瓶(FN)四种血培养瓶,同时使用BacT/ALERT VIRTUO(以下简称VIRTUO)和BacT/ALERT 3D(以下简称3D)两种血培养系统进行模拟血培养实验,比较指标为不同病原菌的报阳时间。结果VIRTUO的检测时间较3D系统短0.06~16.5 h(P<0.05);FA+和FN+分别与FA和FN比较,在酵母菌中,FA+与FA的报阳时间差异有统计学意义(P=0.020);在兼性厌氧菌中,FA+与FA、FN+与FN的报阳时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BacT/ALERT VIRTUO系统报阳时间短于BacT/ALERT 3D系统;FA+检测酵母菌和兼性厌氧菌快于FA,FN+检测兼性厌氧菌显著快于FN。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the performances of two blood culture system,BacT/ALERT VIRTUO and BacT/ALERT 3D,and to explore the differences in pathogenic detection times.METHODS Sixty clinically detected pathogens were selected for simulated blood culture experiment using four blood culture vials,BacT/ALERT FA Plus aerobic(FA+),BacT/ALERT FN Plus anaerobic(FN+),BacT/ALERT FA aerobic(FA),and BacT/ALERT FN anaerobic(FN),along with BacT/ALERT VIRTUO(hereinafter referred to as VIRTUO)and BacT/ALERT 3D(hereinafter referred to as 3D)blood culture system,index for comparison were time to positive reporting of different pathogenic bacteria.RESULTS The detection time for VIRTUO was 0.06-16.5 h,shorter than that of the 3D system(P<0.05).The difference in reporting time between FA+and FN+was statistically significant in yeast compared to FA and FN,respectively(P=0.020).In facultative anaerobe,the difference in reporting time between FA+and FA and FN+and FN was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The BacT/ALERT VIRTUO system took less time to report a positive than the BacT/ALERT 3D system.In terms of TTD,FA+detected yeast and parthenogenic anaerobes faster than FA,and FN+detected parthenogenic anaerobes significantly faster than FN.
