摘　　要：色素沉着性皮肤病的治疗通常需较长时间方能见效,且患者的依从性差。使用多种激光通过选择性光热作用的原理,可以有效治疗色素沉着性皮肤病。如何选择最合适的激光类型取决于多种因素,如黑色素发色团和其在皮肤中特定的病变位置。该文综述激光治疗雀斑样痣(nevoid lentigo)、咖啡斑(café-au-lait)、贝克痣(Becker's nevus)、真皮痣(intradermal nevus)、太田痣(nevus of Ota)、黄褐斑(melasma)及炎症后色素沉着等常见色素沉着性皮肤病,在已发表的研究基础上,比较各种激光的治疗优势。Treatment for hyperpigmented disorders often takes a long time to work and has poor patient compliance.Hyperpigmented skin diseases can be effectively treated by using a variety of lasers based on the principle of selective photothermolysis.Choosing the most appropriate type of laser depends on various factors,such as the melanin chromophore and its specific lesion location in the skin.This article reviewed the laser treatment on several hyperpigmentation disorders,such as nevoid lentigo,café-au-lait macules,Becker’s nevus,intradermal nevus,nevus of Ota,melasma and post-inflammatory pigmentation etc,and compares the advantages of various lasers on the basis of published studies.
