探讨分析应用9S管理模式在某三甲医院整形美容科药品管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的为加强对某三甲医院整形美容科药品管理,探讨9S管理模式在整形美容科药品管理中的应用效果。方法于2022年1月起在整形美容科药品管理中启用9S管理模式,并与应用该方法之前的管理模式进行对比。比较实施前后整形美容科在药剂科及护理部等检查中的评分。结果9S管理模式有效促进整形美容科药品管理评分的提升,实施后整形美容科药品出现过期率、药品混放或放错率及药品储存方法错误率均低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论应用9S管理模式对整形美容科药品进行管理可有效提高药品管理水平,确保患者用药安全。Objective To strengthen the management of plastic and aesthetic surgery drugs in a third class hospital,and to explore the application effect of 9S management mode in the drug management of plastic and aesthetic surgery.Methods The management mode of plastic and aesthetic surgery drugs from January 2022 was compared with that before the application of this method.The scores of plastic and aesthetic surgery department in pharmacy and nursing department were compared before and after the implementation.Results The management mode effectively promoted the improvement of drug management score in the department of plastic and aesthetic surgery.After the implementation,the drug expiration rate,drug mixing or misplacing rate,and drug storage method error rate were all lower than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 9S management mode in the management of plastic and aesthetic surgery drugs can effectively improve the level of drug management,and ensure the drug safety of patients.
