摘 要:采用电渗析工艺处理垃圾填埋场渗滤液MBR产水,考察电渗析对MBR产水的脱盐能力和能耗。结果表明,当采用CMX/AMX膜堆,操作电压10 V,循环流量30 L/h,淡水室和浓水室体积比为17∶1时,电渗析表现出很好的脱盐效果,浓缩液的电导率达到120~140 mS/cm,产水电导率1~3 mS/cm,吨水能耗7~8 kW·h。Electrodialysis process was used to treat water produced from landfill leachate MBR.The desalting capacity and energy consumption of electrodialysis were investigated.The results show that when CMX/AMX membrane reactor is used,the operating voltage is 10 V,the circulating flow rate is 30 L/h,and the volume ratio of fresh water chamber to concentrated water chamber is 17:1,electrodialysis shows a good desalting effect,the conductivity of concentrated solution is 120-140 mS/cm,the conductivity of produced water is 1-3 mS/cm,and the energy consumption per ton of water is 7-8 kW·h.
