摘　　要：近年来涉环保项目的“邻避”运动时有发生,为深入研究涉环保项目邻避信访问题的原因,以武汉锅顶山垃圾焚烧厂信访投诉问题为例,梳理涉环保项目邻避信访投诉问题的背景,分析特征,探究原因,并提出相应的意见和建议。In recent years,the“NIMBY”movement involving environmental protection projects has occurred from time to time.In order to study deeply the causes of Nimby petitions related to environmental projects,this paper takes the complaint of Wuhan Guodingshan waste incineration plant as an example,sorts out the background of the NIMBY complaint of environmental protection projects,analyzes the characteristics,explores the causes,and puts forward corresponding comments and suggestions.
