摘　　要：王稼祥青年时期开始探索分析知识分子,在中央苏区时抵制过“左”政策,保护红军急需的知识分子;延安时期推行针对知识分子“容、化、用”的政策,在根据地、军队、统一战线和党的建设中吸收和使用知识分子;解放战争时期,在哈尔滨探索城市工作政策,提出教育和培养服务新民主主义社会的知识分子。通过与毛泽东等知识分子观的历史演进比较,王稼祥对知识分子观的贡献促进了中国共产党人的知识分子观的形成。In his youth,Wang Jiaxiang began to explore and analyze intellectuals,resisted the"Left"policy in the Central Soviet Area,and protected the intellectuals urgently needed by the Red Army;During the Yan'an period,the policy of"accommodating,transforming,and utilizing"intellectuals was implemented,and intellectuals were absorbed and utilized in the base areas,military forces,united front,and Party building;During the War of Liberation,he explored urban work policies in Harbin and proposed to educate and train intellectuals who would serve New Democratic Society.Compared with the historical evolution of Mao Zedong's thoughts on intellectuals,Wang Jiaxiang's contribution to intellectuals has formed the Chinese Communists’thoughts on intellectuals.
