摘　　要：阿里巴巴是互联网金融应用中的典型代表,巨量近乎零成本的数据和信息优势支撑是阿里巴巴商业模式可持续的基础。互联网金融的出现倒逼传统金融业态重构,传统金融与互联网金融的业务融合正在形成数字化金融。金融资本阶段,资本过剩、债务过度货币化、金融监管缺位、不平等问题突出等因素加剧经济周期波动和风险的积累,互联网金融垄断与无序扩张等问题对传统金融行业带来了不利影响。构建基于大数据基础之上的金融监管与国家金融信用体系乃是当务之急,传统金融需要借助互联网金融具有的大数据和云计算技术精准识别用户,为乡村振兴提供全方位的金融服务。Alibaba is a typical representative of Internet finance applications,and its massive and nearly zero cost data and information superiority support is the foundation for the sustainability of Alibaba's business model.The emergence of internet finance has forced the restructuring of traditional financial formats,and the business integration of traditional finance and internet finance is forming digital finance.In the financial capital stage,factors such as excess capital,excessive debt monetization,lack of financial regulation,and prominent inequality exacerbate economic cycle fluctuations and the accumulation of risks.Issues such as Internet financial monopoly and disorderly expansion have brought adverse effects on the traditional financial industry.Building a financial supervision and national financial credit system based on big data is a top priority.Traditional finance needs to accurately identify users with the help of big data and cloud computing technology provided by Internet finance to provide comprehensive financial services for rural revitalization.
