摘　　要：目的对原发性纵隔胸腺瘤患者采用多层螺旋CT检查,分析其影像学特诊和临床价值。方法选择2020年03月-2022年05月接收的原发性纵隔胸腺瘤患者60例作为研究对象,均接受多层螺旋CT检查,与病理检查结果相比,分析多层螺旋CT的诊断符合率以及影像学特征。结果纳入研究的60例原发性纵隔胸腺瘤患者中,合计病灶77个。与病理学检查结果相比,多层螺旋CT良性诊断符合率为96.36%(53/55);恶性诊断符合率为80%(4/5);病灶诊断符合率为97.40%(75/77);疾病诊断符合率为95%(57/60)。运用多层螺旋CT检查原发性纵隔胸腺瘤,采用平扫发现有椭圆形的高密度影,边界清楚,采用增强扫描,可发现病变静脉期有不均匀的强化,呈持续性特点,在动脉期强化明显,且不均匀状态。结论综上所述,对于原发性纵隔胸腺瘤,采用多层螺旋CT诊断,其诊断价值较高,能够详细了解病变的形态、特征等,有助于为临床医师诊断疾病提供有利的参考价值。Objective To analyze the imaging features and clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in patients with primary mediastinal thymoma.Methods 60 patients with primary mediastinal thymoma received in our hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,Total 77 cases.all of whom received multi-slice spiral CT examination.Compared with the results of pathological examination,the diagnostic accuracy and imaging characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT were analyzed.Results Pathological examination showed that all 10 patients were primary mediastinal thymoma.The diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT was 95%;The coincidence rate of benign diagnosis was 96.36%;The coincidence rate of malignant diagnosis was 80%;The diagnostic accuracy of the lesions was 97.40%.Multi slice spiral CT was used to check the primary mediastinal thymoma.The plain scan was used to find oval high-density shadow with clear boundary.The enhanced scan was used to find uneven enhancement in the venous phase of the lesion,which was characterized by persistence.The enhancement was obvious and uneven in the arterial phase.Conclusions To sum up,multi-slice spiral CT has high diagnostic value for primary mediastinal thymoma.It can understand the morphology and characteristics of the disease in detail,which is helpful for clinicians to diagnose diseases.
