摘 要:为厘清自吸过滤式防颗粒物呼吸器(下文简称为防颗粒物呼吸器)检测评估原理,系统把握国内外防护性能评估的先进标准现状,采取对比分析的方法,围绕影响防颗粒物呼吸器防护性能的关键指标:泄漏性与适合性,从检测方法、限值要求2个方面,对比研究中外防颗粒物呼吸器的典型标准。研究结果表明:我国防颗粒物呼吸器标准化程度较高,相较于国外典型标准,检测项目有所不同,检测方法类似,限值要求无显著差异,但我国现行标准中,有关适合性检验的方法及具体流程需要进一步完善。研究结果可为我国防颗粒物呼吸器相关标准的修订及其防护性能的提升提供参考。To clarify the testing and evaluation principle of the non-powered air-purifying particle respirator and systematically grasp the status of advanced standards for the evaluation of protection performance at home and abroad,a comparative analysis method was used to focus on the key indicators affecting the protection performance of the non-powered air-purifying particle respirator,such as leakage and fit.The typical standards of Chinese and foreign non-powered air-purifying particle respirators were compared and studied from two aspects of testing method and limit requirement.The results show that the degree of standardization of non-powered air-purifying particle respirator in China is high,and compared with the typical foreign standards,the testing items are different,the testing methods are similar,and there is no significant difference in the limit requirements.However,the methods and specific processes of the fit testing in the current standards in China need to be further improved.The results can provide reference for the revision of relevant standards of the non-powered air-purifying particle respirator and the improvement of its protection performance in China.
