摘  要:某焊接铝壳体侧面拔孔法兰在水压试验后发生严重的不规则变形,拔孔部位产生微裂纹,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、低倍检验、硬度测试、金相检验等方法分析了微裂纹产生的原因。结果表明:壳体拔孔时预热温度过高造成组织过烧;晶粒粗大和局部晶界复熔对材料的抗拉强度、韧性均有较大影响。最后提出了壳体形变过烧的控制方法,以预防设备在运行时发生漏气事故。Serious irregular deformation occurred in the side extraction hole flange of a welded aluminum shell after hydraulic test,and micro-cracks were generated at the extraction hole part.The causes of micro-cracks were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,macro-examination,hardness test and metallographic examination.The results show that the preheating temperature was too high when the shell was extracted,resulting in overburning of the structure.The coarse grain and local grain boundary remelting had great influence on the tensile strength and toughness of the material.Finally,a control method was proposed for the deformation and overburning of the shell to prevent the air leakage accident during operation.
