摘　　要：某推力滚针轴承的推力垫圈发生断裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、硬度测试、金相检验等方法对其断裂原因进行研究。结果表明:推力垫圈与保持架发生滑动磨损,在较高的旋转轴向应力作用下,推力垫圈发生断裂。The thrust washer of a needle roller thrust bearing fractured.The fracture reason was studied by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis,hardness test and metallographic examination.The results show that sliding wear occured between the thrust washer and the cage,and the thrust washer broke under the action of high rotational axial stress.
