摘 要:在某批次热机械轧制Q420GJC钢厚板验收时,发现其力学性能不合格,且几次力学性能测试结果的差异较大。采用化学成分分析、拉伸试验、硬度测试、金相检验等方法对该钢板力学性能不合格的原因进行分析。结果表明:在厚度方向上,该钢板的显微组织分布不均匀,且屈服强度、抗拉强度以及硬度均存在较大差异。建议采用全厚度矩形拉伸试样进行试验,以避免对钢板产品性能的判定出现争议。The mechanical properties of Q420GJC steel thick plate rolled by a batch of thermo-mechanical rolling were found to be unqualified during acceptance,and the results of several mechanical properties tests were quite different.The causes of unqualified mechanical properties of the steel plate were analyzed by chemical composition analysis,tensile test,hardness test,metallographic examination and other methods.The results show that the microstructure of the steel plate was not uniformly distributed in the thickness direction,and there were great differences in yield strength,tensile strength and hardness.It was suggested to use full-thickness rectangular tensile specimen for test to avoid disputes on the determination of steel plate product performance.
