风洞计量校准软件的研究与应用

摘　　要：为了实现风洞计量装置对送检皮托管和热式风速仪的自动化校准,研究了皮托管和热式风速仪数据校准和不确定分析的详细过程。应用研华远端I/O模块ADAM6017采集风洞装置的实时数据,上位机软件使用Client Socket控件实现ADAM6017和PC控制台之间的网络连接,使用TAdvStringGrid控件编辑交互式风洞计量原始记录,实现校准数据的自动计算和EXCEL表格导出。经现场应用测试,风洞计量校准软件运行稳定,操作方便,整个校准过程实现了自动化操作,大大提升了风洞计量的工作效率。In order to realize the automatic calibration of pitot tube and thermal anemometer by wind tunnel measuring device,the detailed process of data calibration and uncertainty analysis of pitot tube and thermal anemometer is studied.The ADAM6017 remote I/O module of AdvanAdvantechnology is applied to collect real-time data of wind tunnel calibration.The host software uses the Client Socket control to realize the network connection between ADAM6017 and PC console,and uses the TAdvStringGrid control to edit the original interactive wind tunnel metering records.Realize the automatic calculation of calibration data and EXCEL table export.The field application test shows that the wind tunnel measurement and calibration software runs stably and is easy to operate.The whole calibration process realizes automatic operation and greatly improves the efficiency of wind tunnel measurement.
