摘  要:某公司化工厂EF-3120乙烯裂解炉安装的裂解炉炉管温度仪表监测与分析系统,该系统以普朗克(Plank)黑体辐射定律、红外辐射检测技术为基础,采用比色测温法和计算机图像处理等多项技术,对辐射段炉管温度进行测量,实现裂解炉辐射段温度全面实时的监测,为操作人员调整优化提供数据支持。The furnace tube temperature monitoring and analysis system of EF-3120 ethylene cracking furnace installed in the first chemical plant of a company is based on Plonk Planck's law and infrared radiation detection technology,by means of colorimetric temperature measurement and computer image processing,the temperature of furnace tube in the radiation section is measured,and the real-time monitoring of the temperature in the radiation section of the cracking furnace is realized,which provides data support for the adjustment and optimization of the operators.
