摘 要:为了对轴流式水轮机反转条件下做泵实现储能的性能进行评价,对某型号的轴流转桨式水轮机进行数值模拟研究,通过选取5种导叶开度和4种桨叶开度进行组合,导叶开度分别为30°、35°、40°、45°、50°,桨叶开度分别为15°、20°、25°、30°。对每种组合情况在流量变化范围为0.5Q_(d)~1.3Q_(d)内分别进行数值模拟计算,并对每种组合情况下的扬程、效率和功率分别进行分析。结果表明:桨叶开度与水轮机反向抽水扬程呈正相关关系,即桨叶开度越大,轴流式水轮机反向抽水扬程越高。而桨叶开度与水轮机反向抽水效率呈负相关关系,即桨叶开度越大,反向抽水效率越低。桨叶开度对水轮机反向抽水功率变化影响显著,而导叶开度对水轮机反向抽水功率的影响较小。In order to evaluate the performance of pump-based energy storage for axial flow turbine under reverse conditions,a numerical simulation study was conducted on a certain model of axial flow propeller turbine.By selecting five different guide vane openings and four different propeller blade angle openings,the guide vane openings are 30°,35°,40°,45°,and 50°respectively,while the propeller blade angle openings are 15°,20°,25°,and 30°.For each combination scenario,numerical simulation calculations are performed within the range of flow rate variation from 0.5Q_(d)to 1.3Q_(d),and analysis is conducted on the corresponding head,efficiency,and power for each combination scenario.The results indicate that there is a positive correlation between the propeller blade opening and the reverse pumping head of the water turbine,meaning that the larger the propeller blade opening,the higher the reverse pumping head of an axialflow water turbine.And there is a negative correlation between the blade opening and the reverse pumping efficiency of the water turbine,meaning that the larger the propeller blade opening,the lower the reverse pumping efficiency.The propeller blade opening significantly affects the reverse pumping power of the water turbine,while the opening of the guide vane has a relatively small impact on the reverse pumping power of the water turbine.
