摘 要:抽水蓄能机组在极端工况运行时,可能会出现气体释放、空化甚至水柱分离现象,这对抽水蓄能电站工程设计和机组安全稳定运行造成潜在威胁。针对上述工程问题,本文基于有限体积法,将气液相变空化模型应用于气液两相流和水柱分离计算。基于Riemann不变量方程,提出有限体积和特征线耦合计算方法对抽水蓄能机组尾水管空化过程进行了数值模拟,并系统分析了尾水管进口发生空化和水柱分离后的压强变化情况。研究结果表明:压力管道内负压产生的空化和水柱分离可能引起较大升压,对机组稳定运行产生影响。该研究对电站工程设计和机组安全稳定运行有重要意义,同时为水柱分离的数值模拟提供了新的思路。When a pumped storage unit operates under extreme conditions,gas release,cavitation or even water column separation may occur,which poses a potential threat to the engineering design of the pumped storage power plant and the safe and stable operation of the unit.In view of the above engineering problems,based on the finite volume method,the cavitation model of gas-liquid phase change is applied to the calculation of gas-liquid two-phase flow and water column separation(WOS).Based on the Riemann invariant equation,a finite volume and characteristic line coupling calculation method was proposed to numerically simulate the cavitation process of the draft tube of the pumped storage unit,and the pressure change after cavitation and liquid column separation at the draft tube inlet was systematically analyzed.The research results show that the cavitation and liquid column separation caused by the negative pressure in the pressure pipeline may cause a large increase in pressure,which will affect the stable operation of the unit.This research is of great significance to the engineering design of the power station and the safe and stable operation of the unit,and at the same time provides a new idea for the numerical simulation of water column separation.
