摘  要:工程设计常将紧急甩负荷得到的调节保证极值作为保障水电站安全运行的设计依据,而往往忽视了突甩负荷得到的调节保证极值大于前者的可能,忽视了突甩负荷过程中机组转速超出过速保护阈值转向紧急关机的操作及相应的调节保证极值,给水电站安全运行埋下了隐患。本文采用数值模拟的方法,以拉哇水电站调节保证设计为例,探讨紧急甩负荷和突甩负荷两者之间的差异,对紧急甩负荷时导叶关闭规律进行了优化,并对突甩负荷时调速器参数、接力器全行程关闭时间、过速保护阈值的选取进行了研究。结果发现:突甩负荷时,调节保证参数的极值主要取决于接力器全行程关闭时间;突甩负荷以及过速保护工况可能会出现较紧急停机工况更加不利的情况。Engineering design often takes the extreme value of regulating guarantee obtained by emergency load rejection as the design basis to ensure the safe operation of the hydropower station,but often ignores the possibility that the regulating guarantee extreme value obtained by sudden load rejection is greater than the former,and that the excessive speed of the unit during sudden load rejection.The over-speed protection threshold shifts to the emergency shutdown operation and the corresponding extreme value of regulating guarantee,laying hidden dangers to the safe operation of the hydropower station.This paper adopts numerical simulation method,taking the regulating guarantee design of Lawa hydropower station as an example,discussing the difference between the emergency load rejection and sudden load rejection,coordinating the optimization of the guide vane closing rule during emergency load rejection,and governor parameters/relays during sudden load rejection.The selection of the full-stroke closing time,over-speed protection threshold value clearly adjusts the guaranteed extreme value to ensure the safe operation of the hydropower station.The results show that during sudden load rejection the extreme value mainly depends on the closing time of the full stroke of the relay.Sudden load rejection and overspeed protection conditions may be more unfavorable than emergency shutdown conditions.
