摘　　要：针对黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站4号机组改造前后单机甩负荷试验,分别分析了4号机组转轮改造后甩部分负荷和额定负荷各工况的计算与实测录波数据,分析结果表明,机组各特征参数计算波动图形与实测录波图形的变化趋势基本一致,实测与计算修正后的极值吻合度较好。证明了过渡过程数学建模的准确性、计算方法的可靠性,说明机组可安全稳定度过甩负荷过渡过程。同时,分析对比了4号机组转轮改造前后单机甩负荷试验实测录波数据与计算结果,分析结果表明,转轮改造后甩负荷各特征参数实测极值比改造前实测极值更优;各特征参数实测录波图形毛刺比改造前更少;转轮改造后过渡过程特性优于改造前过渡过程特性。In this paper,aiming at the single machine load rejection test of 4#unit before and after the transformation of 4#unit in Heimifeng Pumped Storage Power Station,the calculation and measured wave recording data of each working condition of partial load rejection and rated load after the transformation of 4#unit runner are analyzed respectively.The analysis results show that the variation trend of the calculated fluctuation graph of each characteristic parameter of the unit is basically the same as that of the measured wave recording graph,and the extreme value of the measured and calculated correction is in good agreement.This proves the accuracy of the mathematical modeling of the transition process and the reliability of the calculation method.It shows that the unit can safely and stably pass the load rejection transition process.At the same time,the measured wave recording data and calculation results of the single-machine load rejection test before and after the transformation of the 4#unit runner are analyzed and compared.The analysis results show that the measured extreme values of the characteristic parameters of the load rejection after the transformation of the runner are better than the measured extreme values before the transformation.The measured recording pattern burrs of each characteristic parameter are less than before the transformation;the characteristics of the transition process after the transformation of the runner are better than those before the transformation.
