眼科药械组合产品的应用进展

摘　　要：人眼存在多种动态和静态解剖学屏障,传统眼用制剂存在生物利用度低、需频繁用药及潜在的不良反应等问题。对于眼部疾病,临床亟需安全、有效、便捷的治疗方法,药械组合产品在这方面具有独特的优势。该综述介绍了新型眼科药械组合产品的设计原理、使用方式、临床优势及临床应用,最后展望了眼科药械组合产品的发展前景。There are various dynamic and static anatomic barriers in human eyes.Traditional ophthalmic preparations have deficiencies,such as low bioavailability,frequent administration and potential side effects.Therefore,safe,effective and convenient treatment methods are urgently needed in clinic.Drug-device combination products have unique advantages in this respect.In this review,the design principles,usage methods,clinical advantages and clinical applications of new drug-device combination products are introduced.Finally,the development of ophthalmic drug-device combination is prospected.
