大数据时代高校学生事务管理专业化发展策略研究

摘　　要：学生事务管理是高校管理工作的一个重要组成部分。目前,大数据正在转变传统的教育教学模式,也为学生事务管理提供了新的思路和方法。在教育高质量发展需求的指导下,高校学生事务管理理应契合时代发展需求,将大数据技术与学生事务管理融合,这有利于提高高校服务育人的质量,推动高校事务管理的专业化,促进新时代高校自身的建设。面对大数据提供的机遇与挑战,高校应采取积极的应对策略,构建以学生为主的信息平台,为学生管理提供依据、革新教育方式、精准化服务学生、对学生数据所呈现的问题及时提供反馈、全方面掌握学生事务管理等,以推动学生事务管理的专业化发展。Student affairs management is an important part of university management.At present,big data is transforming the traditional education and teaching models and provides new ideas and methods for student affairs management.Under the guidance of the demand for high-quality development of education,the management of student affairs in colleges and universities should meet the development needs of the times.The integration of big data technology and student affairs management is conducive to improving the quality of university service and education,facilitating the specialization of university affairs management,and promoting the self-construction of colleges and universities in the new era.In the face of the opportunities and challenges brought by big data,colleges and universities should adopt positive response strategies,build a student-oriented information platform,provide a basis for student management,innovate education methods,accurately serve students,feedback timely on problems presented by student data,and control student affairs management in all aspects to promote the professional development of student affairs management.
