摘　　要：兰州石化高密度聚乙烯装置M-2301离心机,是聚乙烯装置生产的核心设备,采用德国Flottweg离心机技术,纯进口设备。历来以设备构成、控制方案、联锁逻辑、调速控制复杂和难度大著称,其控制系统采用盘装仪表、西门子S7-300系统和ABB变频器组合而成。因其故障较多,分析判断问题难度大,现将其复杂调速控制方案在浙江中控TCS-900系统中实现。现自主开发程序完成对转鼓和螺旋启停控制、离心机调速控制、智能差速等联锁逻辑及控制方案改造,实现离心机的安全联锁保护功能,解决电气变频器出现的调速系统紊乱,无法正常启停和运行现象。The M-2301 centrifuge in the high-density polyethylene unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical is the core equipment for the production of the polyethylene unit.It adopts the German Flottweg centrifuge technology and is a pure imported equipment.It has always been famous for the complexity and dificulty of equipment composition,control scheme,interlocking logic and speed regulation control.Its control system is composed of panel mounted instrument,Siemens S7-300 system and ABB inverter.Because of its many faults,it is difficult to analyze and judge problems.Now its complex speed regulation control scheme is implemented in Zhejiang Central Control TCS-900 system.The self-developed program has completed the transformation of the interlocking logic and control scheme of the bowl and scroll start stop control,centrifuge speed regulation control,intelligent differential speed,etc.,to achieve the safety interlocking protection function of the centrifuge,and solve the problem that the speed regulation system of the electrical inverter is in disorder and cannot be started,stopped and operated normally.
