摘 要:采用氧化物电解的金属镧为还原剂,以99.999%(质量分数)氧化铕为原料,真空碳管炉为反应设备。在真空度小于1 Pa、对不同原料组成及不同压制压力下镧热还原法制备金属铕的起始温度进行了研究,随后对制备过程升温曲线与金属铕收率的关系进行了研究。结果表明,制备金属铕起始温度随着原料组成中金属镧配比的增加而降低;随压制压力增加,制备起始温度不变;反应起始温度后随着升温速率的降低,金属铕收率增加。Metal lanthanum electrolyzed by oxide is used as a reducing agent,with 99.999%europium oxide as raw material,and vacuum carbon tube furnace is the reaction equipment.When the vacuum degree is less than 1 Pa,the initial temperature of preparing Europium by lanthanum thermal reduction method under different raw material compositions and different pressing pressures was studied,and then the influence of the heating curve in the preparation process on the yield of Europium was studied.The results show that,the initial temperature of preparing europium metal decreases with that the increase of lanthanum ratio in raw materials,with the increase of pressing pressure,the initial temperature of preparing europium metal remains unchanged.After the initial reaction temperature,the yield of europium metal increased with the decrease of heating rate.
