摘　　要：高成形性热镀锌DH600采用低碳高硅成分设计,通过与常规DP600进行微观组织、力学性能、断口组织、FLC成形极限、扩孔率和扩孔断口裂纹组织进行对比。结果表明:与常规DP600相比,DH600具有更加纯净的铁素体和弥散均匀分布的马氏体;具有更高的拉伸应变硬化指数(提升了21%)和断后伸长率(提升了16%),拉伸断口呈韧性断裂;具有更好的材料成形极限,特别是伸展收缩区;具有更高的扩孔率(提升了28%)。新开发的DH600同时具有较好的冲压延展性能和翻边扩孔性能,是一种高成形性热镀锌先进高强钢。The hot dip galvanizing DH6oo with high formability was designed with low carbon and high silicon components.The microstructure,mechanical properties,fracture microstructure,FLC test,hole expansion ratio test and fracture crack microstructure analysis were compared with those of the conventional DP6oo.The results show that compared with conventional DP60O,DH600 has purer ferrite and more uniformly distributed martensite.It has higher tensile strain hardening exponent(increased by 21%)and elongation after fracture(increased by 16%),and the tensile fracture is ductile fracture.It has better material forming limit,especially in the extension and contraction zone.It has higher hole expansion ratio(increased by 28%).The newly developed DH600 is a high formability hot dip galvanized advanced high-strength steel with good stamping ductility and flanging/reaming properties.
