摘 要:脑力负荷是影响复杂核电调试作业绩效和安全的重要因素之一,有效评估脑力负荷对提高作业绩效、保障作业安全有重要意义。本研究基于4个不同难度等级的典型调试值班作业任务开展人因学实验,采集了任务执行过程中操作人员的脑电指标、眼动指标与主观脑力负荷指标,对所采集的指标进行了显著性分析,并提出了基于数据组合处理(group method of data handling,GMDH)算法的脑力负荷评估方法。结果表明:随着任务难度的增加,主观脑力负荷得分显著提高。不同任务难度下,眨眼次数、眨眼时间、眨眼频率、注视次数、扫视次数、瞳孔直径存在显著差异,但脑电指标没有显著差异。基于脑电和眼动指标的GMDH算法可以区分不同调试作业任务难度下的脑力负荷,四分类预测准确率达到76.5%。研究结果可为核电厂调试值班作业任务的工作设计和工效评估提供重要参考依据。Mental workload is one of important factors that affect performance and safety in complex nuclear power commissioning operations.Effective evaluation of mental workload is of great significance for improving operational performance and ensuring operational safety.In this study,a human factors experiment was carried out based on four typical nuclear power commissioning tasks,varied by difficulty level.EEG indicators,eye movement indicators,and subjective mental workload indicators during the task execution were collected.The collected indicators were analyzed with ANOVAs,and a mental workload assessment method based on the group method of data handling(GMDH)algorithm was proposed.The results show that as task difficulty increases,subjective mental workload increases significantly.Under different levels of task difficulty,there are significant differences in blink counts,blink duration,blink frequency,fixation counts,saccade counts,pupil diameter,while there is no significant difference in EEG indicators.The GMDH algorithm based on EEG and eye movement indicators can distinguish the mental workload of different nuclear power commissioning tasks,with a four-category prediction accuracy of 76.5%.The results can provide important implications for work design and ergonomics evaluation of nuclear power commissioning tasks.
