摘 要:存取作业是仓库中最消耗资源的活动,直接影响仓库的吞吐率。相比单独存取作业,交叉存取可有效提升仓储整体吞吐率,缩短完成全部存取任务的作业时间。基于随机存储策略的仓储系统中,考虑在满足客户服务需求的前提下,基于订单截止时间、搬运设备行驶速度、存取任务作业时长,动态计算交叉存取模式下的匹配阈值,以任务完成时间和延误时间之和最小为目标建立模型。针对该模型,设计了一种两阶段交叉存取优化算法,该算法综合度量存取货位间隔距离、库区分布均衡等因素,能够实现在库区任务高峰期和低谷期双时段下精准货位分配。最后通过数值仿真验证了该算法可有效实现客户满意度和仓库作业效率间的均衡。Storage and retrieval are the two activities that consume the most resources in the warehouse,directly affecting the throughput of the warehouse.Compared to a single storage or retrieval activity in a working period,the dual command can significantly improve the overall throughput and shorten the task completion time.Considering the random storage warehousing system,given the orders'deadlines,the driving speed of handling equipment and the time required to complete the task,to meet the customers'service requirements,a model was established to minimize the sum of task completion time and delay time by dynamically calculating the matching threshold in the dual command.Then,a two-stage dual command optimization algorithm was designed.Considering the location distribution balance and the distance between storage and retrieval locations,the algorithm could accurately assign the locations of the tasks during the peak period and trough period.The numerical simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively balance customer satisfaction and warehouse operation efficiency.
