摘  要:为更好地研究数字化核电厂运营班组决策(TDM)失误,通过核电厂现场调研和模拟仿真实验观察,识别数字化控制系统中运营班组的决策行为特征。基于认知过程与行为,构建一个班组决策认知模型,发展班组决策失误与其行为影响因素(PIFs)分类体系。采用组织定向的人因失误分析(HEA)技术对近年来数字化核电厂运行事件报告进行分析,获得了137组样本数据,识别出主要的PIFs和TDM失误模式。通过相关性分析方法探究班组决策失误影响因素间的相关关系,并采用因子分析方法识别触发班组决策失误的场景,包括班组知识经验水平、系统信息显示水平、班组压力水平及班组工作态度等。最后,基于上述研究结果,建立班组决策失误分析模型,为数字化核电厂控制和减少班组决策失误提供理论支持。In order to study the error of operational team decision-making(TDM)in digital nuclear power plant,through field investigation and simulation experiment observation of nuclear power plant,the decision-making behavior characteristics of the operational team in the digital control system were identified.The team decision-making model of cognitive was built,based on the cognitive processes and behaviors.The team decision-making error and the performance influencing factors(PIFs)classification system were developed.The organization-oriented human error analysis(HEA)technology was used to analyze the operational incident reports of digital nuclear power plants in recent years.137 sets of sample data were obtained to identify the main PIFs and TDM error patterns.Then,the correlation analysis method was used to explore the correlation relationships between the factors influencing the team decision-making error.The factor analysis method was used to identify the scenes that trigger the team decision-making error,including team knowledge and experience level,system information display level,team pressure level,and team work attitude.Finally,based on the above research results,an analysis model for team decision-making error was established to provide theoretical support for controlling and reducing team decision-making error in digital nuclear power plant.
