摘 要:为应对血液短缺困境,提高血液使用效益,研究应急血液调度优化问题。首先,描述医院和血液中心的血液产品供需关系。然后,考虑不同医院血液需求优先权的异质性,改进模糊聚类分析方法,计算医院血液需求优先度,保障血液调度相对公平。在此基础上,考虑血液产品转运与替代策略,以区域整体血液调度效益最大为目标,建立面向多需求点的应急血液调度优化模型。采用GUROBI对模型进行求解。最后,通过算例测试与参数敏感性分析,验证了模型的有效性和可行性。In order to deal with the blood shortage dilemma and improve the blood utilization efficiency,an optimization problem for the emergency blood scheduling was studied.Firstly,the supply-demand relationship of blood products between hospitals and the blood center was described.Then,the heterogeneous of the priority of blood needs in different hospitals was considered,and an improved fuzzy cluster analysis method was used to calculate the priority of blood demand and ensure the relative fairness.On this basis,an optimization model for emergency blood scheduling oriented to multiple demand points was established,considering the strategy of transshipment of blood products and substitution of blood groups,and aiming at maximizing the utility of regional blood scheduling.The model was solved through GUROBI.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the built model were verified through model solution and numerical simulation.
