典型越狱脱逃案件的反思与对策

摘　　要：监狱安全是监狱工作的重中之重,罪犯越狱脱逃严重威胁着监狱安全,给社会造成重大影响。越狱罪犯主观恶性深、刑期漫长、逃避刑罚和渴求自由的需要强烈等是其越狱的主观原因。部分监狱设施老化、信息系统较为陈旧、个别民警安全意识淡漠、责任意识不强、监管制度落实不到位等是造成罪犯越狱的客观原因。因此,加强对监狱重点设施的管理,不断强化监狱民警的责任意识和安全意识,紧盯重点岗位和重点人员及重要时段,提升技防能力,把各项监管制度落实到位,才能确保监狱的安全稳定。Prison safety is the top priority of prison work,and the escape of criminals poses a serious threat to prison safety and has a significant impact on society.The subjective reasons for the escape of prisoners from prison include deep subjective malice,long sentence,strong need to evade punishment and crave for freedom.The aging of some prison facilities,outdated information systems,lack of security awareness among some police officers,weak sense of responsibility,and inadequate implementation of regulatory systems are the objective reasons for criminals'escape from prison.Therefore,strengthening the management of key prison facilities,continuously strengthening the sense of responsibility and safety of prison police,paying close attention to key positions and personnel,and important time periods,improving technical prevention capabilities,and implementing various regulatory systems can ensure the safety and stability of prisons.
