吸毒者心理渴求与复吸倾向的关系及典型心理问题症状的中介作用

摘　　要：为探讨新型毒品成瘾的男性吸毒者心理渴求与复吸倾向的关系及典型心理问题症状的中介作用,选取浙江省某强制隔离戒毒所226名戒毒人员,采用甲基苯丙胺心理渴求量表(CRMS)、典型心理问题症状量表(OQ-45.2)和复吸倾向溯源量表(TRTS)进行测查。吸毒者心理渴求得分为2.26±1.16分,复吸倾向得分为2.07±0.55分,典型心理问题症状得分为1.06±0.50分,吸毒者复吸倾向、典型心理问题症状和心理渴求得分皆低于理论中值。吸毒者心理渴求与复吸倾向呈正相关(r=0.54,P<0.01),与典型心理问题症状呈正相关(r=0.29,P<0.01),吸毒者典型心理问题症状和复吸倾向呈正相关(r=0.24,P<0.01)。Bootstrap结果显示,典型心理问题症状在心理渴求与复吸倾向间起部分中介作用,中介效应大小为0.121(95%CI:0.050—0.059)。因此,心理渴求与吸毒者的典型心理问题症状和复吸倾向密切相关,典型心理问题症状在心理渴求和复吸倾向之间起部分中介作用。In order to explore the relationship between psychological craving and relapse tendency of male drug addicts with new drug addiction,as well as the mediating effect of typical psychological symptoms,226 drug addicts from a compulsory isolation rehabilitation center in Zhejiang Province were selected and tested using the Methamphetamine Psychological Desire Scale(CRMS),Typical Psychological Problem Symptom Scale(OQ-45.2),and Relapse Tendency Traceability Scale(TRTS).The results showed that the psychological craving score of drug users was 2.26±1.16 points,the relapse tendency score was 2.07±0.55 points,and the typical psychological problem symptom score was 1.06±0.50 points.The relapse tendency,typical psychological problem symptom,and psychological craving score of drug users were all lower than the theoretical median.The psychological craving of drug users is positively correlated with relapse tendency(r=0.54,P<0.01),and positively correlated with typical psychological symptoms(r=0.29,P<0.01).The typical psychological symptoms of drug users are positively correlated with relapse tendency(r=0.24,P<0.01).Bootstrap results showed that the typical symptoms of psychological problems played a partial mediating role between psychological desire and relapse tendency,and the mesomeric effect was 0.121(95%CI:0.050~0.059).Therefore,psychological craving is closely related to the typical psychological symptoms and relapse tendencies of drug users,and typical psychological symptoms play a partial mediating role between psychological craving and relapse tendencies.
