摘　　要：文章介绍了一种大口径复合材料天线反射器的成型胶合夹具,从工装设计、工装结构、工艺流程和使用要点等方面进行了分析。使用结果表明,该成型胶合夹具加工产品表面质量好、型面精度高,可广泛应用于类似零件的制造。A large diameter company antenna reflector forming gluing fixture was introduced.It was analyzed from the aspects of tooling material,tooling structure,technological flow and key points of use.The application results show that the formed gluing fixture has good surface quality and high profile accuracy,and can be widely used in the manufacture of similar parts.
