摘 要:结合井下勘探仪器特殊的结构特点与工作环境,阐述了工作环境造成的污染物来源,设计一种从液压系统过滤系统设计与仪器运动机构改进两方面进行消除污染物的新方法;同时开发了一套仪器液压零件加工与清洗、液压注油等过程中的新工艺,有效消除液压系统生产过程中污染物,极大提高井下石油勘探仪器液压系统的可靠性。Taking the reliability improvement of hydraulic system of downhole petroleum exploration instruments as the research object,it is found that the failure of hydraulic devices is mainly caused by pollutants in the hydraulic system through experiments and tests,combined with the special structural characteristics and working environment of downhole instruments,the sources of pollutants caused by the working environment are expounded,and a design method is designed to eliminate from the two aspects of hydraulic system filtration system design and instrument motion mechanism improvement.At the same time,a set of new methods and new processes in the processing and cleaning of hydraulic parts of the instrument,hydraulic oil injection and other processes are designed to effectively eliminate pollutants in the production process of the hydraulic system and greatly improve the reliability of the hydraulic system of the underground oil exploration instrument.
