起爆点数目对条形药包爆炸应力场的影响分析

摘  要:为了研究起爆点数目对平行孔爆炸应力分布特征的影响,采用有限元软件LS-DYNA建立单点起爆、2点起爆、3点起爆和4点起爆的数值计算模型,提取模型中特定单元的峰值应力和峰值应力到达时间进行分析。结果表明:①单点起爆的爆轰波从孔底传递至孔口呈明显的锥形特征,具有明显的时间效应和方向效应,相邻起爆点的中间位置形成拉伸应力波,出现垂直炮孔轴线方向的微裂纹;②减少起爆点间距能降低爆轰时间,并使得附近介质的压力更趋近于柱面波,有利于炸药能量的利用,可以有效减少矿石大块率,提高铁矿石铲运效率;③随着起爆点数目的增加,单元达到峰值压力时间变短,峰值压力变大,有利于铁矿石的破碎,降低矿石大块率。In order to study the influence of the number of initiation points on the stress distribution characteristics of parallel hole explosion,the finite element software LS-DYNA was used to establish the nu-merical calculation models of single point initiation,two point initiation,three point initiation and four point initiation.The peak stress and peak stress arrival time of the specific unit in the model were extracted and an-alyzed.The results show that:①The detonation wave of single-point initiation is transmitted from the bot-tom of the hole to the orifice with obvious conical characteristics,which has obvious time effect and direc-tion effect.②Reducing the distance between the detonation points can reduce the detonation time and make the pressure of the nearby medium closer to the cylindrical wave,which is conducive to the utilization of ex-plosive energy,can effectively reduce the bulk rate of ore and improve the efficiency of iron ore shoveling.③With the increase of the number of initiation points,the time for the unit to reach the peak pressure becomes shorter and the peak pressure becomes larger,which is conducive to the crushing of iron ore and reduces the bulk rate of ore.
