摘  要:钟九铁矿-550 m运输水平处于自然通风状态,各工作面风量及总风量无法满足基建期通风需求。为此,钟九铁矿开展了-550 m运输水平基建期通风研究,利用自然风压及按需通风原理,采用辅扇机械通风及构筑物辅助管理方式,对运输水平及各工作面风量进行再分配,使矿井有效风量率最大化。方案实施后,对运输水平通风效果进行了检测,-550 m运输水平总风量及各工作面风量得到提升,基建期通风困难、总风量小、有效风量低等问题得以解决,满足了各独头工作面巷道风量需求,保证了基建期通风系统稳定运行。The-550 m transportation level of Zhongjiu Iron Mine is in a state of natural ventilation,and the air volume and total air volume of each working face cannot meet the ventilation demand during the construction period.Therefore,Zhongjiu Iron Mine carried out the research on ventilation during the con-struction period of-550 m transportation level.Based on the principle of natural wind pressure and on-de-mand ventilation,the auxiliary fan mechanical ventilation and structure auxiliary management mode were adopted to redistribute the transportation level and the air volume of each working face,so as to maximize the effective air volume rate of the mine.After the implementation of the scheme,the ventilation effect of the transportation level was tested,the total air volume of the-550 m transportation level and the air volume of each working face were improved,and the problems of difficult ventilation,small total air volume and low effective air volume during the construction period were solved.The scheme meets the air demand of each single-head working face roadway and ensures the stable operation of the ventilation system during the con-struction period.
