摘 要:为保障充填矿山安全高效和低成本开采,合理确定充填体强度至关重要。针对某采用阶段空场嗣后充填法铁矿山,根据矿房不同宽度和高度参数组合成12种方案,运用FLAC^(3D)进行充填体强度值数值模拟计算分析。采场暴露高度对充填体稳定性影响较大,是确定充填体强度主导因素;采场宽度和长度对充填体稳定性的影响较小。通过类比国内大型铁矿山采场充填体设计强度研究,在综合分析的基础上,确定该铁矿两步采场充填体设计强度:一步采矿房顶部5 m厚和底部5 m厚充填体28 d设计强度达到2.5 MPa,中下部达到2.0 MPa,中部达到1.5 MPa;二步采矿柱顶部5 m厚和底部5 m厚充填体28 d设计强度达到2.0 MPa,中部达到1.0 MPa。In order to ensure the safe,efficient and low-cost mining of filling mines,it is very impor-tant to reasonably determine the strength of filling body.According to the different width and height parame-ters of the mine room,12 schemes are combined for a certain stage of open-stope subsequent filling iron mine,and FLAC^(3D) is used to simulate and calculate the strength value of the filling body.The exposure height of the stope has a great influence on the stability of the filling body,which is the dominant factor to deter-mine the strength of the filling body.The width and length of the stope have little effect on the stability of the filling body.By comparing the design strength of the filling body in the large iron mine in China,on the basis of comprehensive analysis,the design strength of the filling body in the two-step stope of the iron mine is de-termined.The 28 d design strength of the 5 m thick filling body at the top and bottom of the first step mining room reaches 2.5 MPa,the middle and lower reaches 2.0 MPa,and the middle reaches 1.5 MPa.The 28 d design strength of the 5 m thick filling body at the top and bottom of the second step mining column reaches 2.0 MPa,and the middle reaches 1.0 MPa.
