摘  要:四川会理某铅锌矿选矿厂随着入选矿石性质的变化,铅锌分离效果不理想,不仅导致产品指标变差,影响企业的经济效益,还影响资源的充分回收利用,铅锌回收不彻底又会造成环境污染。为解决这些问题,进行了系统的实验室试验。结果表明,矿石中的主要有用成分为铅、锌,银有综合回收价值,铅、锌主要为硫化物的形式存在,其他形式的铅锌较少;条件试验确定的适宜磨矿细度为-200目82.0%,铅粗选宜采用乙硫氮为捕收剂,用量为70 g/t;宜采用T29为调整剂,用量为1500 g/t;实验室采用新药剂制度,1粗5精2扫、中矿顺序返回闭路流程选铅所获得的铅精矿铅品位提高了1.28个百分点、锌含量降低了2.08个百分点、铅回收率提高1.14个百分点,较好的铅锌分离效果为后续选锌获得理想指标创造了有利条件。With the change of the ore properties in a lead-zinc concentrator of Huili,Sichuan,the separation effect of lead and zinc is not ideal,which leads to the deterioration of product indicators,affects the economic benefits of enterprises and the full recovery utilization of resources.The incomplete recovery of lead and zinc will cause environmental pollution.In order to solve these problems,systematic laboratory tests have been carried out.The results show that the main useful components in the ore are lead and zinc,and silver has comprehensive recovery value.Lead and zinc mainly exist in the form of sulfide,and other forms of lead and zinc are less.The suitable grinding fineness determined by the condition test was-200 mesh 82.0%,and the lead roughing should use ethyl sulfur nitrogen as the collector,and the dosage was 70 g/t.T29 should be used as the adjusting agent with the dosage of 1500 g/t.A new reagent system was adopt-ed in the laboratory.Through the closed-circuit process of one roughing,five cleaning and two scavenging,and the middle ore return in sequence,the lead grade of lead concentrate was increased by 1.28 percentage points,the zinc content was reduced by 2.08 percentage points,and the lead recovery rate was increased by 1.14 percentage points.The better separation effect of lead and zinc creates favorable conditions for zinc se-lection to obtain ideal index.
