福建某高硫金矿石的浮选工艺研究

摘　　要：福建某多金属高硫金矿石中主要硫化矿物为黄铁矿,其次是黄铜矿,金的主要赋存状态为包裹金、裂隙金和粒间金,主要以细粒和微细粒存在,与黄铁矿紧密共生,部分呈不规则粒状包裹在黄铁矿、黄铜矿和石英中,部分以细粒赋存于黄铁矿和石英的接触处和裂隙中。为高效开发利用该资源,实现铜金银硫的高效回收,为企业创造更好的经济效益,在实验室进行了系统的选矿试验。结果表明,采用黄铁矿的新型选择性抑制剂HS-1,可以减少石灰用量,有利于金、银富集在高铜金精矿中;矿石采用1粗2精2扫抑硫浮铜、1粗1精2扫选硫、中矿顺序返回闭路流程处理,可获得金品位为31.21 g/t、银品位为598.63 g/t、铜品位为5.34%、金回收率为50.65%、银回收率为71.24%、铜回收率为82.89%的高铜金精矿,金品位为16.96 g/t、银品位为69.48 g/t、铜品位为0.36%、金回收率为43.79%、银回收率为13.15%、铜回收率为8.89%的低铜金精矿,金、银、铜总回收率分别达94.44%、84.39%、91.88%,较好地实现了金、银、铜、硫的回收,产品中银、铜品位达到了计价标准,大大提高了企业的经济效益。The main sulfide mineral in a polymetallic high-sulfur gold ore in Fujian is pyrite,fol-lowed by chalcopyrite.The main occurrence states of gold are inclusion gold,fissure gold and intergranular gold,which mainly exist in fine particles and micro-fine particles and are closely associated with pyrite.Some of them are irregularly encapsulated in pyrite,chalcopyrite and quartz,and some of them occur in the contact and fissures of pyrite and quartz as fine particles.In order to efficiently develop and utilize the re-source,realize the efficient recovery of copper,gold,silver and sulfur,and create better economic benefits for enterprises,a systematic beneficiation test was carried out in the laboratory.The results showed that the use of HS-1,a new selective inhibitor of pyrite,could reduce the amount of lime,which was beneficial to the enrichment of gold and silver in high copper gold concentrate.The ore was treated by a closed-circuit pro-cess of one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging for sulfur inhibition and copper flotation,one rough-ing,one cleaning and two scavenging for sulfur flotation,and middle ore returning in order.The high copper gold concentrate with gold grade of 31.21 g/t,silver grade of 598.63 g/t,copper grade of 5.34%,gold recov-ery rate of 50.65%,silver recovery rate of 71.24%and copper recovery rate of 82.89%was obtained.The low copper gold concentrate with gold grade of 16.96 g/t,silver grade of 69.48 g/t,copper grade of 0.36%,gold recovery rate of 43.79%,silver recovery rate of 13.15%and copper recovery rate of 8.89%was obtained.The total recovery rates of gold,silver and copper were 94.44%,84.39%and 91.88%,respectively.The recov-ery of gold,silver,copper and sulfur was well realized.The grade of silver and copper in the product reached the valuation standard,which greatly improved the economic benefits of the enterprise.
