摘  要:为了更好地开发利用安徽某难选磁铁矿石,对有代表性矿石开展了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,Fe含量为21.62%,有害成分S含量为0.78%,主要脉石矿物SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)含量分别为35.25%、10.59%的矿石,磁铁矿主要呈细粒分布,-0.07 mm粒级分布率为76.62%,-0.04 mm粒级分布率为54.39%,-0.01 mm粒级分布率为17.97%;赤铁矿主要呈微细粒嵌布,-0.03 mm粒级分布率为78.90%,-0.01 mm微细粒级分布率为35.24%。磁铁矿主要表现为5种产出形式,即呈斑状产出,且包裹大量粗细不均的脉石矿物;部分斑状磁铁矿表面被氧化形成假象赤铁矿;少量粗粒磁铁矿颗粒表面裂隙被脉石矿物充填;少量磁铁矿呈细粒包裹体嵌于长石等矿物中;少量磁铁矿与黄铁矿紧密共生。随着磨矿细度的提高,磁铁矿的解离度不断提高,但解离效果较差,会影响选矿技术指标的提高。In order to better develop and utilize a refractory magnetite ore in Anhui,the process miner-alogy of representative ore was studied.The results showed that the content of Fe was 21.62%,and the con-tent of harmful component S was 0.78%.The contents of the main gangue minerals SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3)are 35.25%and 10.59%,respectively.The magnetite is mainly fine-grained distribution.The distribution rate of-0.07 mm particle size is 76.62%,the distribution rate of-0.04 mm particle size is 54.39%,and the dis-tribution rate of-0.01 mm particle size is 17.97%.Hematite is mainly fine-grained disseminated.The distri-bution rate of-0.03 mm particle size is 78.90%,and the distribution rate of-0.01 mm fine particle size is 35.24%.Magnetite is mainly in five output forms,namely,magnetite is patchy output and encapsulates a large number of gangue minerals with uneven thickness.The surface of some porphyritic magnetite is oxi-dized to form pseudomorphic hematite.A small amount of surface cracks of coarse magnetite particles are filled with gangue minerals.A small amount of magnetite is fine-grained inclusions and embedded in miner-als such as feldspar.A small amount of magnetite is closely associated with pyrite.With the increase of grind-ing fineness,the dissociation degree of magnetite is improved continuously,but the dissociation effect is poor,which affects the improvement of beneficiation technical indicators.
