摘  要:为给广东某复杂钨多金属矿石的高效开发利用提供基础依据,进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石中主要有价成分为钨,伴生有价成分为铜、钼、铋、银等;有用矿物具有嵌布粒度细、含量少、构造复杂等特点;黑、白钨矿常嵌布于石英、长石、云母等脉石矿物间,常见黑钨矿被白钨矿交代,交代残余的黑钨矿包含于白钨矿中,形成“灰钨矿”;黑、白钨矿嵌布粒度小于0.08 mm的占60%以上;黑钨矿主要富集在300~800 mT磁场强度下的磁性产品中,因黑、白钨矿交代的影响,大部分白钨矿进入1000~1350 mT磁场强度下的磁性产品中;适当提供磨矿细度,重产品中WO_(3)回收率越高;由于黑、白钨矿交代现象,导致交代产物可浮性较白钨矿差,在磷灰石和萤石等含钙脉石矿物的干扰下,浮选较难获得高品质钨精矿。In order to provide a basis for the efficient development and utilization of a complex tung-sten polymetallic ore in Guangdong,a systematic process mineralogy study was carried out.The results showed that the main valuable component in the ore was tungsten,and the associated valuable components were copper,molybdenum,bismuth,silver,etc.Useful minerals have the characteristics of fine disseminat-ed grain size,low content and complex structure.Wolframite and scheelite are often disseminated in gangue minerals such as quartz,feldspar and mica.Wolframite is commonly metasomatized by scheelite,and the re-placement residual wolframite is contained in scheelite to form“gray tungsten ore”.More than 60%of the wolframite and scheelite are less than 0.08 mm in disseminated grain size.Wolframite is mainly enriched in magnetic products with the magnetic field strength of 300~800 mT.Due to the influence of the metasoma-tism of wolframite and scheelite,most of the scheelite enters into the magnetic products with the magnetic field intensity of 1000~1350 mT.The more appropriate the grinding fineness is,the higher the recovery rate of WO_(3) in the gravity product is.Because of the metasomatism of wolframite and scheelite,the flotabili-ty of metasomatic products is worse than that of scheelite.Due to the interference of calcium-bearing gangue minerals such as apatite and fluorite,it is difficult to obtain high-quality tungsten concentrate by flotation.
