摘  要:为了给广东某锡钨多金属矿的合理选矿工艺研究提供指导,进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,矿石中的主要有用矿物为锡石,主要可综合利用的矿物为黑钨矿;矿石中锡石主要呈密集细粒状、他形不规则粒状集合体嵌布在石英、绿泥石中,少数嵌布在绢云母中;黑钨矿多呈单体颗粒,少数黑钨矿呈半自形粒状,较少部分黑钨矿具板状晶体,大部分黑钨矿呈四方双锥晶体或等轴粒状晶体,具白钨矿假象;矿石中的锡石纯度较高、黑钨矿略低,粒度均主要集中在+0.04 mm粒级,因而宜采用重选工艺回收锡和钨矿物,但因部分锡矿物含铁较高,给钨锡磁选分离带来了一定的难度。In order to provide guidance for the study on reasonable beneficiation process of a tin-tung-sten polymetallic ore in Guangdong,a systematic process mineralogy study was carried out.The results showed that the main useful mineral in the ore was cassiterite,and the main comprehensive utilization min-eral was wolframite.The cassiterite in the ore is mainly embedded in quartz and chlorite in the form of dense fine-grained and anhedral irregular granular aggregates.A small amount of cassiterite is embedded in seric-ite.The wolframite is mostly monomeric particles,a little wolframite is hypidiomorphic granular,and a small part of wolframite has plate-like crystals.Most wolframite is tetragonal bipyramidal crystal or equiaxed granular crystal with the illusion of scheelite.The purity of cassiterite in the ore is high,the wolframite is slightly low,and the particle size is mainly concentrated in the+0.04 mm particle size.Therefore,the gravi-ty separation process should be used to recover tin and tungsten minerals.However,due to the high iron con-tent of some tin minerals,it is difficult to separate tungsten and tin by magnetic separation.
