摘  要:针对煤矿开展火灾应急演练培训成本高、耗时长、安全风险高等问题,提出使用Unity3D仿真引擎开发煤矿火灾应急演练仿真培训系统。制定了系统的整体框架和技术实施路线,介绍了煤矿井下三维建模、火灾事故火焰模拟、巷道烟气流模拟、火灾现场应急处置交互模拟、火灾避灾逃生模拟等系统关键技术实现方法。通过对该煤矿火灾应急演练虚拟仿真培训系统的构建,形成了煤矿火灾应急演练虚拟培训的技术体系,能够为煤矿参与火灾应急演练的人员提供逼真的虚拟化火灾场景,提高培训人员的真实感和沉浸感,经过反复演练,大大降低煤矿火灾应急演练的成本和风险,对煤矿提高安全生产水平具有重要意义。Aiming at the problems of high cost,long time and high safety risk in coal mine fire emer-gency drill training,it is proposed to use Unity3D simulation engine to develop coal mine fire emergency drill simulation training system.The overall framework and technical implementation route of the system are formulated,and the key technical implementation methods of the system,such as three-dimensional model-ing of coal mine underground,flame simulation of fire accident,smoke flow simulation of roadway,interac-tive simulation of emergency disposal of fire scene and fire escape simulation are introduced.Through the construction of the virtual simulation training system of the coal mine fire emergency drill,the technical sys-tem of the virtual training of the coal mine fire emergency drill is formed,which can provide a realistic virtu-al fire scene for the personnel participating in the fire emergency drill in the coal mine,and improve the sense of reality and immersion of the training personnel.After repeated drills,the cost and risk of coal mine fire emergency drills are greatly reduced,which is of great significance to improve the safety production lev-el of coal mines.
