摘 要:防治水技术是金属非金属矿山采矿的重要安全保障。基于白象山铁矿水文地质特点、含矿层富水性、近矿体破碎带富水性动态规律,探究矿山井下防治水技术。研究结果表明,白象山铁矿岩体以粉砂岩、闪长岩为主,10条主要断层对采矿影响较明显;含矿层为中等富水区,矿坑涌水主要来自含矿层,因内部受采动影响,导致地下水通透性和渗透性增加,促进地下水涌入。针对断层内注浆堵水难度大、矿坑涌水量大、大流量疏干引发地面塌陷等特征,提出了含矿层控制疏干、采场工作面局部堵水、避水矿柱留设与残水治理相结合的综合防治水方案。实际应用表明,该方案能确保井下不突水、地面不塌陷、河流不改道的前提下,缩短施工周期,满足采矿生产的安全、经济需求。Water control technology is an important safety guarantee for mining in metal and non-met-al mines.Based on the hydrogeological characteristics of Baixiangshan Iron Mine,the water-richness of ore-bearing strata and the dynamic law of water-richness in the fracture zone near the ore body,the under-ground water prevention and control technology of the mine is explored.The results show that the rock mass of Baixiangshan iron mine is mainly siltstone and diorite,and the 10 main faults have obvious influence on mining.The ore-bearing layer is a medium water-rich area,and the mine water mainly comes from the ore-bearing layer.Due to the influence of internal mining,the permeability and permeability of groundwater in-crease,which promotes the influx of groundwater.In view of the characteristics of difficult grouting and wa-ter plugging in faults,large water inflow in mines,and ground collapse caused by large flow dewatering,a comprehensive water prevention and control scheme combining controlled dewatering of ore-bearing strata,partial water plugging in stope working face,water-avoiding pillar retention and residual water treatment is proposed.The practical application shows that the scheme can shorten the construction period and meet the safety and economic needs of mining production under the premise of ensuring no water inrush,no ground collapse and no river diversion.
